You hit the nail on the head. No matter how hard millennials work, wanting flexible time and the ability to side hustle (which we have to do because we’re underemployed) somehow translates in boomers’ minds to having a poor work ethic. In fact, millennials tend to work more productively through technology and tend to seek work that is meaningful to them, but apparently those aren’t the ingredients of a good work ethic!
