You have, sadly, hit the nail on the head. They’re spending money on union-busting, hiring bonuses, and even billboards telling people to get off their butts rather than paying better wages. It has always been about keeping workers under their thumbs and gaslighting them to believe they don’t deserve better.

I do believe the tide is changing, and eventually these companies will be forced to adapt or die. Workers have held the power all along, and they’re ready to use it.
