To be honest, it’s very hard to get your profile approved on Upwork. They started tightening it up last year. However, don’t lose hope. Have a bunch of writing samples ready to go, and be sure you use your real name on the platform and follow all their security verification requests. You don’t need a degree or certification in Writing or English to be a pro writer (I have neither), although having higher education in general certainly helps. a Good luck!
