Same! I do not eat beef, pork, or poultry due to digestive issues, but I consume B12-rich seafood nearly every day. I still was diagnosed with a severe B12 deficiency about two years ago, and the doctors said I likely just didn’t absorb B12 well. Now, I get the cyanocobalamin shots.
