I’m going to respectfully disagree with you, and that’s because I use the Pomodoro method. I’ll do my focus blocks for 25–60 minutes, then take a break in which I put the wash in the dryer or tidy up the bedroom. This helps me because it forces me to get away from the computer and phone for a few minutes, which reduces eye strain and helps keep you from being sucked back into work without taking a proper break.
