Haha! My favorites/most hated phrases people at work use (although now I’m freelancing, so if I hear these, I have only myself to blame)

“getting into the weeds”: OMG, just say you don’t like that someone is poking holes in your project

“adding value”: either it has value or it doesn’t, you can’t add it

“drill down”: ugh, can’t you just say, “pull up the details”?!
